How do I apply for a Pistol License in The State of New York?

You must be over 21 years old in order to apply for a NYS Pistol License. Some Counties in New York also require that you compleate an NRA Certified Firearms Safety Course prior to applying. What is a dealer to dealer transfer?
|

A dealer to dealer transfer is when a firearm is bought in a State other than the State you reside in. The firearm must be shipped to an FFL. dealer in The State that you reside on your behalf. We do dealer to dealer transfers some dealers do not. But always remember that interstate transportation of firearms is a felony (A Federal Crime)
